In 2001 a group of Plains, Montana residents felt that they would like to contribute something of value to the Sanders Country Fair by helping with the support of projects that contributed to the unique atmosphere of the fair that never seemed to make it to the budget.  They formed the Sanders County Fair Foundation, a non-profit 501(C)(3) organization which can accept deductible contributions.  Many ongoing projects by the Foundation include supporting the July 4th festivities and the Christmas light show produced each year.  After many years of working "backstage", the Foundation has determined it is time to introduce itself to our wider public.  

   This year we have taken on a special project near to our hearts, the "Wounded Warrier Project".  This project will involve a full weekend of fair-time fun and entertainment for 12 Wounded Warriers and their partners.  The project has grown a bit beyond its original vision and we could use your help!  Click here to see the dedicated page for the Sanders County Fair Foundation which provides more details on this and our other projects.  It also tells you how to get involved!  Oh, and if you prefer you can mark your donation for use on a specific, listed project.
