During fair time the Sanders County Fairgrounds Midway is kept as an open parkway surrounded by concession stands. Some of the concessions are managed by non-profits based in Sanders County as their primary fund raising activity. Some are operated by independent businesses for the benefit of non-profits. All in all a large variety of food and cooking styles is available during all the hours the fair is open. Your selected meal can be enjoyed on any of the picnic tables in the Midway, some in the shade of patio umbrellas.

The Fair management hires several acts each year to perform in the Midway. These acts include local theater groups, bands, novelty acts and amusement acts involving the crowd.

No Fair is complete without a Carnival! Each year Davis Amusement Cascadia, Inc. fills the fields on the riverfront with rides for every ethusiast in the family. Davis pays special attention in the "kiddie ride" genre! They have been selected specifically for their family approach to carnival fun.
