Exhibit Rules, Classifications, Online Premium Book Access

Sanders County Fair uses a system of Categories in order to insure that exhibits are judged in comparison to entires within similar age groups or skill levels. It is very important that exhibitors clearly indicate the appropriate category on their entry forms by following the descriptions within each Department in the Fair Premium Book and as described below. Age is determinied as of the final day of registration for each fair year. For the 2011 Fair this date is August 24, 2011.

Exhibit Categories:

A ~ Adult; persons aged 19 to 69
S ~ Senior; persons 70 and over
P ~ professional; persons who produce similar work with the intent to sell
Y ~ Youth; persons aged 11 to 18
C ~ Child; persons 10 and under; a guardian or parent must sign the entry form
SN ~ Special Needs (call for specific information 406-826-3202)
