| Wounded
Warrior Project |
For this
year's special project, The Sanders County
Fair Foundation is raising funds to host twelve
“Wounded
Warriors” and their companions at this year’s
fair. They will be our guests
of honor
during the Saturday night PRCA rodeo and acknowledged during our annual
recognition of all members of the U.S. Armed
Forces, both active duty and veterans. They will also be
recognized during our annual Saturday morning parade in downtown Plains. On
Friday, they will be taken to the
National Bison Range, the Mission in St. Ignatius, the Ninepipes Museum
and the
People’s Center in Pablo where they will meet with the
members of
Salish-Kootenai Warrior Society. |
