Livestock and Poultry & Rabbits exhibits need to be entered -1pm to 6pm

Open class Livestock judging – Immediately after 4-H
Judging for Culinary Arts, Floriculture, and Horticulture exhibits – 10am
Carnival Rides open – 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm
PRCA Rodeo - 7pm

Open class Livestock judging- Immediately after 4-H

Sanders County Fair Parade – 11am
Open Class Beef Judging – 11:30am
Carnival Rides open – Noon to 11:00 pm
PRCA Rodeo – 7pm

Sunday, September 6, 2026
4-H Awards Presentation – 9:00am
Church Services – 10:00am
4-H Livestock sale – 10:00am
Carnival Rides open – Noon to 11:00 pm
Exhibits close - Any exhibits that can be removed without driving on the grounds may be picked up between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Any exhibits that cannot be removed without driving on the grounds can be picked up on Monday September 7th between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.
Demolition Derby – 6:00pm

Premium payouts can be picked up at the fair office – 9:00am-3:00pm
If you cannot pick up your premiums during this time, they will be mailed to you.
Any exhibits that could not be removed on Sunday September 6th must be removed – 9:00am-3:00pm
